Welcoming Our Central New York Olympians Home
We watched, we cheered, we groaned, we LIVED the Olympic experience vicariously through the efforts of Erin Hamlin, Maddie Phaneuf, and other New York State athletes who competed at the 2018 Winter Games in South Korea.
There are welcome home parties and receptions going on in Central New York communities for our local heroes. Here are the details of those events in honor of Hamlin and Phaneuf:

The town of Remsen is holding a parade on Saturday along Main Street toward the high school, culminating in a reception. Vehicle lineup for the parade begins at 6:00 PM and the parade rolls at 6:30. Any and all celebrants are encouraged to join the parade or line the route with signs and well wishes.
