Christmas morning is always very exciting. All the games and gadgets are opened and of course they fun things to play with, if Dad knows how to work them!

Unfortunately, there's a lot of stress wrapped up in those moments. Dads are under pressure to set up the new video game console or get the latest gadget to work, all the while surrounded by impatient kids and family members. Some dads can't hack it. Some dads snap.

Studies of incoming calls to tech supports, have found that dads are most likely to snap at 11:48 a.m. on Christmas morning. So if you’re near your husband at this time, maybe take a few steps back!

The majority of Dads call about problems with setting up new computers and laptops and connecting to wireless networks. They also complain about unclear instruction manuals and missing parts.
