Tum-Tum was brought to the Stevens-Swan Humane Society when his original owner was no longer able to care for him. There is so much to say about this spunky little guy. He has a very handsome yellow coat. He also has an obsession with rubber bands. Tum-Tum likes to hang out at the front desk and he is constantly stealing every rubber band he finds. He also likes to spend afternoons chasing his ball up and down the hallway, making sure he runs under the feet of passer-bys that get in the way.

Mariah is a sweet cat that came to the shelter as a stray in November of 2012. She is very sweet, but she takes a little time to warm up to new people. She likes to observe from a far before she approaches you for attention. Once she warms up to you she is very loving and welcomes all petting. She loves to play with her little toys too. Mariah does great with the other cats, so she would make a great companion for your cat. Mariah also has the cutest half mustache that makes her look like she is smiling, who could resist that?

You can find out more about Tum Tum & Mariah and the other pets available when you Email the Stevens-Swan Humane Society of Oneida County. Or visit them at 5664 Horatio Street in North Utica near BJ’s, Wal Mart and Lowes.

The Bikers For Animals will roar this Saturday May 11th. It's a benefit motorcycle ride and auction. Also it's the return of the Stevens-Swan Humane Society 'Fur Ball' Gala on Friday May 17th at Hotel Utica...7p-11p! Give them a call for more details.
