Cincinnati police busted Shaun Welsh last week after they said he was drunk and running around with no cloths on in his neighborhood. When officers lost track of him, a search commenced. They soon found him hiding in a neighbor’s dryer. Welsh has pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct while intoxicated. He was ordered to spend five more days in jail.
