Night owls, this isn’t good news for you. If you’re looking for more happiness in your life, it’s time to ditch those night owl hours and get to bed earlier.
Researchers at the University of Toronto looked at night owls vs morning people and discovered that morning people really Tare happier. This won’t surprise you, though. They also found that older people are more likely to be morning people vs younger people. Just seven percent of those between the ages of seventeen and thirty-eight said they were morning people, while only seven percent of people between fifty-nine and seventy-nine consider themselves night owls. The reason? Younger people like to go out at night.
