Christmas Decorations and Lighted Tree at Oneida Square Roundabout in Utica
Christmas decorations including a tree of lights were recently installed at the Oneida Square Roundabout in Utica.
Garland is draping the light polls around the traffic circle while a tree made of Christmas lights in the the roundabout center.
