Enjoy a Fun-Filled Day with the Family at the Critz Farms Fall Harvest Celebration

There's a cool, crisp feeling in the air. Fall is almost here. Why not enjoy this time of the year in the best possible way? Head over to Critz Farms in Cazenovia and experience the "Fall Harvest Celebration" going on this weekend and throughout the next few weeks.

The first thing you have to do when you get to the farm is get lost in their huge corn maze. This year's theme is "Gigantic Diggers and Dumpers." After you conquer the maze, you can head over to the Critz Cafe for a delicious fall treat. Then, maybe make your way over to the Critz Critter Animal Area, where they have over 25 animals. Other things to see and and enjoy at the farm include:

- Wagon rides to the apple orchard (where you can pick your own apples)
- Cider making demonstrations
- A playground for the kids
- A giant hay bale tower that the kids can climb on and get their picture taken
- Cow train ride, also for the kids

Not only that, but their gift shop will be open with tons of goodies and everything you need to get into that fall mood. Oh, and for the adults, there's the Critz Farms Brewing and Cider Co. where you can have a delicious beer, wine, or cider.

There are also special events going on depending on the weekend. Sometimes there's live music, farm equipment shows, fun runs, and more. You'll have to check out the Critz Farms Harvest Festival Calendar on their website, to see what's going on during the weekend you plan on going.

The Fall Harvest Celebration is every weekend from September 16th through October 9th (Columbus Day). Hours are 10am - 6pm.
