We're proud to once again partner with the American Heart Association of Central New York for their "Go Red For Women" campaign, and once again proud to be a part of their Go Red For Women Luncheon.

Over the last few months, we've been sharing heart attack and stroke, heart disease, and other heart defect information and stories with you. We've shared heart survivor stories with you - Both from this year's Go Red For Women Survivor Class, and past members of the survivor class. We've also been giving you information about heart attack warning signs, heart healthy foods, and other ways to keep your heart healthy.

Now, we're into the final countdown: It is the week of the Go Red For Women Luncheon for the Utica area. We hope you will join us at this amazing event that brings awareness to women's heart health.

The Go Red for Women luncheon continues to serve as the cornerstone event of the Go Red For Women movement in local communities. This empowering event focuses on preventing heart disease and stroke by promoting healthy lifestyles, building awareness and raising critically-needed funds to support research and education initiatives. Cardiovascular diseases, which include stroke, claim the life of a woman about every 80 seconds.

The luncheon will be held at Hart's Hill Inn in Whitesboro and will run from 12pm to 1pm. You can get information on purchasing your tickets by contacting  the American Heart Association at: (315) 580-3959.

We hope to see you at this event on Wednesday, and help us bring awareness to women's heart health.
