Strong Thundestorms Hit Central New York on Labor Day 2013
Strong thunderstorms moved across Central New York on Labor Day 2013.
The cells began developing north of Syracuse just after 4PM. The strorms brought heavy winds and hail to locations like Clay and Sylvan Beach.
