Postal Workers Make Dream Come True For Terminally Ill Boy [Video]
Postal workers near Syracuse, New York recently made a very special delivery to a terminally ill boy.
Letter carriers and drivers form the Bayberry Post Office granted the wish of a very sick little boy by paying a visit to his home outside Liverpool. They formed a mail truck convoy and surprised him; they also delivered official US Postal Service merchandise like hats and shirts. According to CNY Central.com:
Matthew, whose dream is to be a mailman, was diagnosed with a serious illness and has been in and out of Golisano Children's Hospital in Syracuse and special care units in Rochester.
They nicknamed the boy "Matthew the Mailman" because his life long dream is to work for the post office. He's got a long ways to go on his road to recovery, but because of the kindness of these community minded individuals, they made his day a little bit brighter.
