NO SPOILERS - I promise. Following a TV series is great - gives you something to look forward to during the week, but there is a downside to following a TV show.

I've never been big into following TV series. I usually get bored halfway through, or don't like part of the storyline and it makes me lose interest in the show. The only show I ever followed was 'House' and unfortunately that series is over. The only other thing I usually watch is America's Got Talent - and that's a contest type show, so there's no storyline to really follow.

I never got on the 'Game of Thrones' bandwagon. I had heard about it, but was never really interested. After getting talked into watching an episode - I loved it. I got hooked right away. Then I played catch-up and watched all the seasons up to the current season (binge-watching at its finest).

Now here's the bad part. Since I don't follow TV shows, this was a huge problem I wasn't ready to encounter. Last night was the season finale. It's done. Over. (well, at least until the next season starts). So now what am I supposed to do on Sunday nights?!

Seriously, I never thought this would be an issue, but after looking forward to a show every Sunday night for the last ten weeks... well - it is a problem! How does anyone else deal with this. I mean, it's not THAT big of a deal, but I'm afraid I'll end up losing interest in it before the next season starts back up.

Maybe I just need to learn to be patient. Although, that's easier said than done!
