This past week an alleged sea monster washed ashore in Luis Siret beach in Villaricos, Spain.

While many are comparing the creature to reported descriptions of the Loch Ness sea monster and other world renowned creatures like Champ right here in Lake Champlain, still others are describing the remains as evidence for real-world dragons.

However, one marine biology expert, Dean Grubbs, believes that the remains that washed ashore are actually just the remains of shark that had decomposed enough that the bones that supported the fins were exposed enough to give the appearance of 'horns' that everyone is reporting.
