bad customer service

I think a lot of people are forgetting that yes, we aren't in as bad of a place as we were at this time last year with the pandemic, but that doesn't mean everyone has recovered.

A Utica woman says that a Central New York pizzeria didn't do the right thing when she found something gross in her order. What do you think?

There's nothing that can ruin an experience or a business' name like bad customer service.

Clerks talking to each other instead of waiting on customers.  Employees too busy checking their phones to help you.  Waiting on hold forever to get a real person.  Has customer service gotten worse?
