For the first time in years, there will be a rare sunrise eclipse. Only part of the U.S. will get to see it. Luckily, that part will be in Central New York.
The "path of totality" for America's only coast-to-coast solar eclipse in 99 years does not include Central New York, but that doesn't mean you can't have a totally cool eclipse party.
