Free Yoga Classes

The Eagle, located in Roscoe Conkling Park, has seen all sorts of activity from its perch in the park (raises eyebrows) - and now, yoga.

You spend your days working hard, and your evenings taking care of errands, shuttling the kids all over town and getting chores done. Central New York has some great places to spend time alone and just...chill.

For most of us, when we reach the Boilermaker finish line on the second Sunday in July, we're feeling anything but relaxed. Sweaty and exhausted, yes. On Tuesday evenings during the summer, you can have a totally different experience there: yoga.

Let your stress melt away this summer! Twice every month a free yoga class will be held in the Franklin Square Alley.
