Macaulay Culkin plays the role of an 8-year-old boy who is accidentally left home alone when his family flies to France for Christmas. Now he must defend his home against idiotic burglars. Being home alone turns out to be fun for Kevin, having a pizza all to himself, jumping on his parents' bed, and even going shopping all by himself. And when Harry and Marv try to rob his house on Christmas Eve well, Kevin acts quickly and booby traps the burglars into justice.
