If you've ever dreamed of working in a high-end kitchen, now may be the perfect time to make a move.

Turning Stone Enterprises has announced it is offering $3,000 sign-on bonuses for qualified sous chef and line cook candidates as it prepares to open Salt, its newest signature restaurant, at Turning Stone Resort Casino this July.

The hiring push comes as Turning Stone continues to expand its dining portfolio across Central New York.

Turning Stone Hiring Sous Chefs and Line Cooks

Qualified candidates who are hired into eligible sous chef and line cook positions can receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in three installments:

  • $1,000 at hire
  • $1,000 after six months
  • $1,000 after one year

The positions are available across Turning Stone Enterprises' growing collection of restaurants, banquet operations and hospitality destinations.

New Salt Restaurant Opening at Turning Stone This Summer

The hiring announcement comes ahead of the highly anticipated opening of Salt, a new fine-dining experience set to debut at Turning Stone Resort Casino in July.

The restaurant will become part of a culinary portfolio that now includes more than 40 dining venues across the organization's properties.

Those properties include Turning Stone Resort Casino, Point Place Casino Hotel, YBR Casino & Sports Book and The Lake House at Sylvan Beach.
