Upstate Idol Madison Vandenburg to Perform at Saratoga Race Track

While she didn't win American Idol, she certainly won over fans from Upstate New York. Now, she'll be performing at two venues - so you can catch her live.

Madison VanDenburg is performing as part of the Opening Weekend festivities for the 2019 racing season. The 17-year-old singer from Cohoes, will entertain fans at the track on Saturday, July 13.

According to the NYRA, VanDenburg will perform at the Don Julio stage, adjacent to guest services, following the day's first race at approximately 1:10 p.m. Additional performances will follow throughout the afternoon.

Madison wowed fans with her performances on American Idol throughout the season, ultimately finishing in the Top 3.

Madison will also be performing with Moriah Formica, a Latham native, who made it to the Top 20 on The Voice, and was successful in early rounds of American Idol. Their joint performance will be June 28 at the Times Union Center.
