Keaton Perry's weight loss journey began with two pictures of potential bridesmaid dresses from her college roommate. The date, which she will never forget, was October 15th, 2015. The wedding was set to take place the following October, and while her other friends demonstrated excitement, Keaton was on the verge of tears.

Seeing those dresses was her indication she needed to make a change. "I knew I wouldn't look or feel confident in either of those dresses," says Perry. "That day I made one of the

biggest and best decisions of my life; I was going to change my eating habits, exercise regularly, and feel good in whichever dress was chosen."

When Perry first stepped on the scale, she was devastated at what she saw. However, that number was exactly what she needed to move forward.

Those two pictures became the driving force and continual motivation behind her weight loss journey. Perry made a collage of the dresses to put on her phone in constant view as a reminder of her end goal. She was going to fit into one of those dresses and feel confident in it.

So what was her solution to this problem? She decided to go with the '21 Day Fix.' "I intently read through the 21 day fix book and learned what I should, and shouldn't eat, how much I should eat in a day, and how much water I needed to drink," says Perry. Then she faced the ultimate truth, her weight.

The first month was the most difficult says Perry. "The first week was a successful nightmare because I had lost 6 pounds but wasn't used to eating healthy. I spent many days and nights questioning, crying, and doubting myself on whether or not I could accomplish the difficult task of losing weight."

In Perry's first month the only lifestyle change she made was to her diet. During that time she lost 15 pounds and was off to the races. That November she says she threw exercise

into the mix. "I would walk a mile on the treadmill every day which eventually turned into running a mile without stopping. I gradually added in ab, arm, and leg workouts." It wasn't easy, but the support of friends and family is what ultimately led her to accomplishing her goals.

In addition to support from loved ones, she looked to her favorite musical artist, or as she refers to them as "her boys," to get through those tough workouts. "I would listen to the Rascal Flatts song 'Unstoppable' on a daily basis to help me get through the many times I wanted to give up." But she never did.

Since that October day, Perry has lost over 100 pounds. Though she says 2016 was a tough year for her at times, it was all worth it. "This year [2016] has made me realize how incredibly lucky I am. My family and friends have been there from the beginning and I couldn't be more thankful. I have a feeling 2017 is going to be my year! I can't wait for what [it] will bring!"

So what advice does Perry have for those who are in the same situation? "If I can do it, anyone can do it. It's certainly a lifestyle change that you need to be ready for. You'll laugh, you'll cry, and you'll want to give up but don't because it's worth every tear."

Perry is living proof if you truly believe in yourself, you can accomplish anything you put your mind to. "The compliments and clothes shopping are nice but nothing is better than finally feeling comfortable, and confident in your own skin."

If you ever doubt yourself, remember the words of Rascal Flatts that inspired Perry,

Get on your knees and dig down deep
You can do what you think is impossible
Keep on believing, don't give in
It'll come and make you whole again
It always will, it always does
Love is unstoppable.
