The vehicle and driver that allegedly killed a soldier from Rome, NY have been located. Colonie Police confirm that a late model Mazda with significant front end damage has been found, and they are questioning its owner.

57-year-old Rudolph Seabron was killed in the Capitol Region this past weekend while participating in military exercises. Seabron was a long-time Marine Corps. veteran who most recently was a Master Sergeant in the New York National Guard. After an almost week-long search, the vehicle in question was found in Melrose, NY.

The incident occurred in Latham, and currently police are questioning the suspect. As of now, no arrests have been made.
