Watch Megan and Mike Become Engaged At The 2014 Utica Boilermaker [VIDEO]

Love was in the air at the 37th running of the Utica Boilermaker Road Race yesterday. Just after his girlfriend crossed the boilermaker yesterday Mike Vennero, 32, proposed to his now fiancee, Megan Risler, 28, at the 2014 Utica Boilermaker finish line yesterday.

This was the forth time Megan has run the race and this year she finished well under 2 hours. Both Mike and Megan live in Sauquoit, and now are engaged to be married!

Mike is a NYS Corrections Officer and Megan, a manger at Charlie’s Pizza and they have been dating for over 5 years. Megan has been PATIENTLY waiting for Mike to pop the question...and he did yesterday!
