If you're seeking better quality sleep, you could do what I do (pictured) and cover your eyes with a pillow. At the risk of looking like a complete idiot, I posted this on Facebook recently and was surprised how many people admitted to doing the same thing.

Of course none of them published a shot like this that could be used against them forever. And few of them probably have the same risk I do that their spouse smothers them with it.
