Wierd Mugshot – ‘Cut Here’ Neck Tattoo [PHOTO]

For some reason, Indiana can claim some of the oddest mugshot photos ever taken.  This mugshot was released earlier today of Steven O'Bryant of Knox.  He was arrested and accused of child molestation.

O'Bryant's mugshot displays an odd face tattoo, as well as a line across his neck with the caption "CUT HERE."  There also appears to be a gun tattooed on his chest.

From WSBT-TV in South Bend:

Police say on July 8 a juvenile told them 43-year-old Steven L. O’Bryant molested him over a two week period while O’Bryant lived in his home. A warrant was issued for O’Bryant on August 17 and on the 20^th he was arrested by Fort Wayne police.
