Snow Emergency In Utica Beginning At 10PM

The City of Utica has declared a Snow Emergency. It will go into effect at 10:00pm and will remain in effect until further notice. All vehicles left on city streets after 10:00 tonight will be subject to ticketing and towing at the owner’s expense. Source: Snow Emergency In Utica Beginning At 10PM

I read weather every single day on the radio and it hit me just now, if I'm wondering what the difference is between snow flurries showers and storms, maybe you're wondering too. So, I fired off a quick Google search and thanks to the glossary at Weather.com, I now feel like a mini-meterologist! Here's what I found:
