You've heard of pairing girl scout cookies with wine, well now get ready to pair those delicious trick-or-treat candies with some boozy drinks.

And you don't even have to go out and buy the chocolate! Your kids will be trick-or-treating in just over a week, and then you can just "borrow" a few of their snacks to go with your adult beverage.

Thanks to the good people at "VINEPAIR," we now know what drink you should be enjoying while you devour those chocolaty treats. "VINEPAIR" created a great infograph which included six delicious pairings, and two spooky cocktail recipes. Although the drink recipes sound amazing, we're just going to focus on the pairings on their infograph.

According to VINEPAIR, you'll want to eat your plain Hershey's bar with a shot (or small glass) of Jameson Irish Whiskey. Sounds phenomenal already, doesn't it?! If you steal a few Reese's peanut butter cups from your kids, VINEPAIR says to pair that with Maker's Mark. And for something a little more fruity, enjoy Jolly Ranchers paired with Malibu Rum.

Also on the infograph from VINEPAIR was pairing an Almond Joy with Absolut Vodka. You can see the whole infograph for yourself, and get the spooky drink recipes, by visiting: VINEPAIR.com

We want to thank VINEPAIR for those great suggestions, and we know we're going to have to "test" them out. Especially the Reese's peanut butter cups and Maker's Mark. That just sounds fantastic! We may even have to experiment with our own - What do you think will go well with Skittles? Or maybe a York Peppermint Patty... That sounds like it might be a tough one.

And the best part is, even if you don't think the pairings go perfectly together, or you try your own combinations but they don't really compliment each other, it's okay! You still get to enjoy some chocolate and sweets, AND a few adult beverages. It's a win-win.
