Strange Lights in the Sky Over Bakersfield, California
Halloween week brought the community of Bakersfield, California, out of thier homes at night to see odd lights that have appeared in the southwestern sky.
A news report on KGET that aired on October 31, 2013 says there are no definitive answers as to what the lights are. They are bright and color changing.
