Chris Brown Is Under Investigation For a Possible Assault

Why is everyone so upset with Rihanna for going back to her boyfriend Chris Brown? Perhaps it's because he was accused of assaulting her. Perhaps it's because he's often accused of assaulting people. Well, he's up to his old tricks again, allegedly.

Chris Brown is currently under investigation for an alleged assault in a West Hollywood parking lot, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said early this morning (Monday). The "victim" wasn't identified but the celebrity website TMZ — which first reported the fight outside the Westlake Recording Studio, also said the fight involved Frank Ocean, one of the top nominees at Grammy Awards next month.
As mentioned earlier, this isn't Brown's first problem just before a Grammy awards show. His attack on singer Rihanna was on the eve of the 2009 awards event which overshadowed the show.
