Chris Brown May Be Prison Bound

Rihanna's boyfriend Chris Brown is in legal hot water yet again. No, he didn't beat anyone up recently, this time it has to do with his poor driving habits and his tailgating.

Do you remember how Breezy (Chris Brown) and Karrueche Tran rear-ended another Mercedes last week? Well, so does the other driver -- and so do the police.

TMZ reports that cops want to have a little chat with the 'Fine China' singer over his fender bender, and it's not looking too good.

The accident is now being investigated by the LAPD as a hit-and-run because Chris Brown reportedly refused to exchange information with the other driver. A charge like that poses a potential a probation violation for Brown who could possibly receive jail time.

Brown is said to have not wanted to hand over his driver's license info, and the insurance information he provided had incorrect details. And, not so surprisingly, Brown was said to have an attitude about the whole thing, because nothing is ever his fault.

For those who can't keep track, Breezy is on probation for his 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna; one of the conditions of his probation is that he simply has to obey the law. If he left the scene of an accident without exchanging proper documents, that's a probation violation that can land him behind bars for four years.
