The face lift of West Utica continues. The overhaul of the Arterial is ongoing, Carl's Furniture is closing and the build out has started at the former Bossert site bordered by Noyes and Oswego Streets, Lenox Ave and the Arterial.

The project started recently as backhoes and bulldozers clearled land slated to become a United Auto Supply.
