Homeless Man George ‘Dell’ Golubovskis Running for Mayor of Traverse City, Michigan [VIDEO]

George Golubovskis, who goes by 'Dell,' is running a write-in campaign to be the mayor of the Northern Michigan resort city of Traverse City.

Golubovskis has quite a history. He holds a double degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He's got some interesting idea for his hometown.  Here is his campaign video.
