Potatoes are surprisingly healthy for babies (and adults) because they're rich in Vitamin B, folate and minerals such as potassium, magnesium and iron. Likewise, fresh or frozen peas are an excellent source of folic acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin K (good for bones), and Vitamin A (eye health and more)so I don't need to convince you to keep them in your child's diet regardless of several fads that tell you carbs are bad. These complex carbs are GREAT for satisfying hunger and providing energy throughout the day <-- less tantrums! So let's get started...
