San Marino, California Mayor Apologizes For Throwing Dog Poop On Neighbor’s Walkway [VIDEO]

We've all seen dog owners walking their dogs while carrying a bag of you know what. Okay, dog poop. But have you ever seen it thrown on someone's lawn or walkway? The mayor of San Marino, California was caught on camera throwing a bag of dog poop on his neighbor's walkway. Gross!

The mayor has since apologized but Philip Lao, the guy who was the bag of poop recipient plans to keep the poop and bring it to an upcoming City Council meeting. Now I'm really grossed out. What the mayor did wasn't right but is it really necessary to bring it to a City Council meeting? Two wrongs don't make a right.
