Last spring and summer the City of Utica was the epicenter of a national bath salt craze.  Weekly people were rushed to hospitals with bizarre symptoms and violent, irrational behavior.  This video, uploaded on Monday March 25, alleges that someone shown fighting was perhaps under the influence of a mind altering substance.

The US Navy recently released a video on the dangers of taking the drug known as bath salts.  The video is intended to scare midshipmen straight and it makes a frighteningly convincing case.
