When it comes to deciding what to eat in our Small Town Eats adventures, we usually leave it up to the chefs or owners or just let the menu dictate our choice. Ultimately, we want to sample the best each restaurant has to offer. The specialty of the house. The diner's choice.

One of the staples is the All-American Central New York cheeseburger. We've sampled a few of them and thought we'd give you the best in class that we've tried. Here are the Top 3 Burgers (So Far) in Beth & Dave's Small Town Eats:

The Beaver Den Diner, pride of Brookfield, features the triple-decker bacon cheeseburger, standing tall on the left:

Each burger has its own unique qualities and they're all excellent. Please note that we present this list in alphabetical order. We'd give blue ribbons to all three; you'll have to go and decide for yourself which is your favorite.
