Comedian Amy Schumer has hit the big screen with her movie 'Trainwreck' - which was released back in July. Now that the movie has been out for a few weeks, we can finally get a verdict - Does Amy Schumer have us cracking up, or was it a sad attempt at a Rom-Com?

I love movies, but I'm not big on going to theaters to see them (I'm sorry, but I rather be comfortable with a blanket, all stretched out on the couch). So, a movie has to look really, REALLY good for me to actually go to a theater to see it. Previews for Amy Schumer in 'Trainwreck' happened to look that good. In case you have no idea what I'm talking about, you can check out the trailer below.

If you know anything about Amy Schumer, you'll know she's a comedian that... well, she's a little inappropriate. She's hilarious (obviously), she crosses lines, and she's a great entertainer. So, if you can handle her humor, (and it does get a little 'dirty' at times), then you'll probably like the movie.

You'll like it, but you may not love it. As someone who doesn't go to the theaters a lot, I was a little bummed to waste the money to see this movie. I like Amy Schumer, but the movie wasn't as funny as I thought it was going to be. Plus there were a few really, REALLY sad parts that just made me wonder 'What am I watching?!'

I'm not going to spoil anything for you. But if you are thinking about seeing this movie, let me give you a little info.

1. It's not good for kids (even if they are mature). There are so many sex references, and scenes, it's probably not the best idea.

2. If you're hoping to see Amy Schumer like how she is in her stand-up or on her show, you'll be disappointed. She's still funny, but it does have more of that 'Rom-Com' feel.

3. This is a great movie for date night - It has its sappy moments, and its funny moments - it's perfect for people who are already in a relationship (If you just started talking to someone... maybe not the best movie to see).

And if you're not sure whether you should check this movie out or not, just wait until it comes out on DVD. You'll get the benefit of being in your own home, having a comfy spot to watch it, and you can always shut it off if you hate it!
