Even thought it's not Friday, I decided to treat myself to a baked fish dinner with a copious amount of malt vinegar on the side.  Dressing a breaded piece of fish with malt vinegar is a taste I came to later in life and now really enjoy.

On the side, I chose the always health potato chips and French onion dip.  The dip was a holiday left over I wanted to use before I turned.  Splashing the vinegar onto the fish, some of it found its way into the dip.  Being the adventurous

eater I am, I went ahead and dipped a chip into the now vinegar-spiked dip.  And to my surprise, it was GOOD!  It's one of those taste combinations you'd not ever come up with on your own, but are pleasantly surprised when it comes together.
