New research shows that wine might be the delicious drink that keeps you thin. Now don’t go home and guzzle a bottle a night but if you drink it in moderation (about a glass a night) this may prevent weight gain.

Seems women burn more calories to digest alcohol than men do and a lot of women tend to eat less when they drink in moderation. So perhaps the science in this study isn’t too crazy.
