Potluck Idea – Taco Cheese Dip

Taco Cheese Dip is an easy to whip up side for a pot luck.

The recipe handed down to me starts with:

16 oz. of cottage cheese
8 oz. of cream cheese
1/2 packet of taco seasoning

Blend in a food processor and spread on a serving platter. (I use a 9x13 baking dish.)

Layer the following on the spread:

1 bunch of green onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced fine
3 tomatoes, diced fine
Other 1/2 of taco seasoning packet
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Chill for a few hours and serve with tortilla chips.
