See a Spectacular Waterspout Swirl Over The Waters of Tampa Bay [VIDEO]

Cameraman Abram Carawan filmed a huge waterspout forming near Oldsmar, Florida, in the Tampa Bay region the other day. The waterspout briefly became a tornado when it hit the shore, damaging one home. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.
