Have you always dreamed of being in a movie? Now might be your chance. There are a few movies you can become an extra in being filmed in Syracuse.

It sure seems like a lot of movies are filming in the Syracuse area lately. This time, one of the more popular stars from 'The Office' will be part of the filming.

American High and HBG Casting are seeking a variety of specific and general roles for the next Hulu original film, “Plan B,” which started shooting today, October 5th.

The film is especially looking for actors to play high school students (18 to play teen), trucker types, teachers/pedestrians/customers, and “partiers.”

Shot over the span of about two months in the Syracuse area last year, a new movie called "The Binge" with Vince Vaughn was picked up by Hulu.

With super coincidental timing, (or is it?) it was announced that he will be "presenting" a comedy show in the city this weekend at Funk 'n Waffles, located in downtown Syracuse this Sunday, Sept. 30, at 9 p.m.

Do not freight if you are upset you didn't see that this was happening. Even Pete said the event "wasn't planned" and that it will probably happen again "next week."
