We've been hearing reports of Sonic coming to Syracuse for a while, and now we have target opening dates. The first Sonic coming to Syracuse has a new target opening date of Late August, early September 2015.

Outside of a location in Binghamton, Sonic is a restaurant chain without a footprint in Upstate New York, but that is changing in a big way. Plans are set to open Sonic locations in Albany, Syracuse and the world's largest Sonic is coming to Upstate New York.

It appears Sonic will open several new restaurants in Syracuse and Central New York over the next four years. Get ready for Sonic!

There are rumors swirling on social media that two new restaurant chains, Sonic and Chipotle are set to open up in New Hartford.
