You try to follow the rules of the road when you're out driving, but one intersection in Utica has left drivers scratching their heads.

Signs strung across Chapman Road in Utica make it appear as though a left turn is okay if the light is green but left turns are not allowed.

HUH?

Is that the kind of intersection where you make the left, and then feel like maybe you did something wrong? Can you only make rights? Or maybe that "No Left Turns" sign needs to stay in its own lane.

Do you know where this intersection is? Is there another in Central New York that's more confusing? Let us know.
