Maybe you’re thinking about leaving your office, and working from home. The idea seems great, but is it really? Sadly it isn’t.

According to a new study, working from home is more stressful than going to the office. Sure, your schedule is more flexible, but researchers have found that people working from home find it difficult to escape the stress of family life while trying to get their work done.

"The more work and family demands are in conflict, the more people suffer from exhaustion," said lead researcher Tim Golden. "Those with already high levels of work-family conflicts suffer even higher exhaustion when they spend a lot of time working from home."
