Beachtail: Jewelry That Dangles From Where?

Just when you think you've seen it all, along comes the Beachtail. I think it's something you just have to see to believe, and definitely falls into the category of "Who Thought That Was a Good Idea?"

Apparently, someone at BoDivas thought it was a great idea - it goes along with some of their other offerings. I won't link to their whole website because you might be reading this at work, let me put it that way. Good news: you can also grab the Beachtail at etsy.com. Notice they suggest it's useful "on the beach" and "in the room." I'm too busy wondering if it's dishwasher safe.

Look, I know I'm probably not the target market for this. I imagine they're aiming for twomen who are a little younger than I am and maybe aren't as concerned about chafing. Or comfort. I feel like this is the undercarriage version of a rock in your shoe, or a splinter in your eye.

I wear dangly earrings sometimes to draw attention to my face. There is nothing south of Bellybuttonville that I want to be drawing the public's attention to...except a pedicure. Maybe.

It's possible that I'm being too prudish. Ladies (and gentlemen, whatever floats your boat) would you wear something like this? In public or in private?
