Quitting smoking is tough - there's no doubt about that! I've been sharing my journey with you, and I found five things that really help me when I get a craving. I hope these ideas can help you, too!

My Quitting Smoking Challenge has really been a challenge - some days are easier than others. Today, instead of updating on how I'm doing in my challenge (and complaining about how I'm hungry and cranky), I thought I would share with you some tips and tricks I picked up that have been helping me.

Now, everyone's different - some of these things might work for some people, and others it could be a waste of time. But if you know of anyone trying to quit - or if you yourself are trying to quit - I hope you at least give these a try. You never know, it may just be the thing you need!
