I've been smoking for too many years already - it's not worth the money, and I don't want to have health problems when I'm older. That's why I'm officially quitting - and I'm making it public, so I stick to it!

This is my journey. I'm doing a video diary series of this for two reasons. The biggest one - I think making it public will help me stick to it. If I told you I was going to quit, I'm going to - I don't want to be made a liar. The second reason is for anyone who has ever thought about quitting, or maybe has tried before but hasn't succeeded, I'm hoping my journey can help out. I'm going to be trying different tricks, or things I've heard that helps with quitting (and test them out. See if it really does help or not).

So I'm only on day two so far, but I really think I can stick to this (especially since I've made it public). I've been getting a little cranky today, and I haven't had a lot of motivation (for anything), but I'm sure this feeling will pass. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what the next few days bring!
