I got up too early with not enough sleep, so I took to the coffee. Unfortunately it goes down quick, and I didn't realize how much I had until it was too late. This is just a friendly reminder of why I shouldn't have coffee.

I had the fun experience of filling in on the Most Music Morning Show while Matt Hubbell was gone. Mornings... well, let's just say we don't get along very well. So, I figured it would be smart to have a few cups of coffee (which IS smart). My problem is, before I know it, I end up downing six or more cups of the delicious, life-saving, drink. Today, I made that mistake again.

If you remember a few months ago, I made it pretty clear that coffee effects me A LOT! It doesn't take much for me to start getting antsy, hyperactive, and just really weird. Here's a friendly reminder of how that usually plays out.

I was hoping to take a nap after the morning show, but that doesn't look like it's going to happen. Looks like I'll just have to wait for the caffeine crash - which I'm guessing will happen early this afternoon.

I wonder if I'll ever learn my lesson...
