Once again the snow gods have frowned on Central New York. Or is it smiled on us? It really depends on which type of CNY person you are in a snowstorm.
The National Weather Service out of Binghamton has issued a winter weather advisory for most of Central New York. This advisory begins at Noon on Tuesday, until 4 a.m. on Wednesday.
The Utica-Rome area and Southern Oneida County should expect upto six inches or more of snow by Friday evening with a system moving in Thursday afternoon.
