Back in July, I decided to quit smoking. The journey has proven to be more tough than I could have ever imagined, so I'm taking a new approach.

Over the last few months I've been in a battle with quitting smoking. I started the 'Quitting Smoking Challenge' - which has proved to be a difficult task. I've been able to stop smoking for about a week at a time, but then I always mess up and end up smoking again. Sometimes it's just for a day, but other times it's for a few days.

The one thing I've learned from all this though, is NEVER STOP QUITTING. I've decided to take a new approach in the hopes that this is the way to end my smoking. It's a 'cutting-back' schedule.

I know it's going to be hard - It has been pretty hard so far. But I do think this is the way to go. I really believe this will be the end of my smoking! If you have any tips/tricks/advice... whatever - I would love to hear from you! Leave a note in the 'comments section' below.
