A study was done by PLOS Medicine - that showed some fruits and vegetables are better for you when you're trying to lose weight, compared to others. The study found that foods like apples, pears, broccoli, and cabbage were the best when it came to trying to lose weight. Also on the list were berries and cauliflower. On the other side of that study were the fruits and veggies that didn't really help with weight loss. That list included corn, potatoes, and peas.
There's always a lot to keep in mind when you're trying to lose weight, but hopefully the findings from this study can help you that much more.
